Installation
The first step is to create the Windows installation media using a Microsoft-provided tool. Once the tool has downloaded, click the blue button in the middle of the page. The tool will download a file to your default download folder, which is usually Downloads. Double-click the file to run it.
The installation process will start. It will ask you to choose a language, time/currency and keyboard input method. Then, select the hard drive or partition where you want to install Windows. It will then begin installing the operating system.
Once the installation is complete, you will be prompted to enter a product key. If you do not have a product key, click I don’t have a product key and follow the on-screen instructions to activate Windows. If you’re setting up the computer for personal use, click Set up for personal use. If you’re setting up the computer at work or with an organization, click Set up for business.
